Community Development Worker - Italy
The Community Development Worker role is located in Catania, Italy. The primary roles include evangelism and discipleship leading toward church planting, while doing bicycle repair at the Agape Bici bicycle shop or gardening in a community garden.

- Evangelism and Discipleship
- Bicycle repair and maintenance
- Assist in maintaining the community garden
- Collaborate with garden volunteers
- Contribute to the overall operation of the bike shop
- Help manage inventory, tools, and supplies
- Knowledge or ability to learn bicycle repair and maintenance or knowledge or ability to learn garden care
- Experience (preferred) using Disciple-Making Movement (DMM) tools and processes, especially using Discovery Bible Studies and seeking "people of peace"
- Mentor and walk with immigrants and Italians as they learn about God
- Problem solver
- Coachable spirit
- Ability to work constructively with team members in the area of disciple-making, showing value and respect for team-members
- Cross-cultural communication (learning Italian is required)
- Presents themselves well and engages in tasks with enthusiasm
- Weave the compassion of Christ into all tasks
