Yosi Dolinsky

I was born in 1985 in the Soviet Union. My early life lacked a connection to God. However, a transformative event occurred in 1992 when my father left Russia for the United States and found himself at the Toledo Rescue Mission. Through the kindness and faith of local believers, he encountered Yeshua. This marked the beginning of my family's spiritual journey, with my parents embracing faith when I was eight years old. Witnessing their transformation, I questioned its authenticity.

In 1996, we relocated to Toledo, Ohio, facing the challenge of finding a new home in the USA. We considered returning to Russia, moving to Germany to join relatives, or making a fresh start in Israel. Through prayer, God guided us to Israel, where we finally felt at home in 1999.

As mandated in Israel, I began my compulsory military service upon turning 18. Unfortunately, this period didn't lead to a positive transformation in my life. Instead, it became a dark chapter, filled with poor decisions, doubt, and uncertainty about my faith.

In 2005, my life took a crucial turn when I met Chuck, a mentor who challenged the authenticity of my faith. Through his guidance, prayers, and daily study of God’s Word, my doubts began to dissipate. In October 2006, God convicted me of my sins, leading to a powerful moment of surrender and repentance. I wholeheartedly accepted Jesus into my life, and doubt was replaced with confidence in God's plan. This marked the start of my personal and genuine faith journey.

Today, I stand on the path God has laid before me, committed to sharing the Gospel in Israel and serving as a disciple-maker. In 2022, I joined OMEA on a mission trip to aid Ukrainian refugees during the conflict in Ukraine. This experience ignited my passion for serving in unity and sharing the Gospel. With your prayers and support, I've transitioned to full-time ministry, combining discipleship and media responsibilities.

In John 4:37, the verse “One sows and another reaps” resonates with our mission, emphasizing that we all have a role to play in God’s kingdom. Your support plays a crucial part in our ministry's success, especially in Israel. Together, we can continue sowing seeds of faith, trusting that God alone brings growth and fulfillment to our purpose.

Pray for Yosi, his wife Bella, and their two children.
