Karina Bloj

Karina Bloj, born in Argentina to a Jewish father, grew up in a non-religious home. Here is her testimony.

When I was 14 years old, I experienced an identity crisis, affecting my self-esteem and my emotional and spiritual health. Thank God, Christians invited me to a Bible study that saved my life when I heard God’s message.

Since then, my life has changed. I began walking a new path with God, serving him. I was involved in a prayer ministry with a group of young people. We prayed for non-evangelized people. This small ministry grew over time and continues to this day.

I have also worked with the young people of the church, carrying out evangelization activities such as distributing leaflets, visiting nursing homes and hospitals. I also participated in evangelical campaigns in support of praise and worship.

My favorite part of ministry is evangelizing from person to person and discipling. Since my husband, three kids and I arrived in Israel, we waited for God’s timing to be involved in his work, starting simply by praying for people.

Now, 16 years later, God has allowed us to join the OMS Israel team. I will serve, using my profession as a social worker and doing discipleship.

My goal is to see people coming to know the Lord and be part of that. Would you join me?
