Cowman International School
Cowman International School began as a Christ-centered, English elementary school for OMS missionary kids in Vaudreuil, Haiti, in the late 1960s. Over time, the Lord expanded its vision, and it has now grown to reach not only missionary kids but also children of local ministry leaders, Haitian business professionals, and government officials. Today, Cowman serves more than 180 students each year in preschool, elementary, and high school. In 2019, we will graduate our first students to earn a full high school diploma through Cowman.
Because of this significant growth, the need for expansion is urgent. After completing five new classrooms in 2017, we are currently working toward construction of even more new classrooms, a nurse’s office, and a conference room. We also hope to finish tiling all of the new spaces and to outfit the science lab with cabinets, Bunsen burners and other furnishings.
Would you prayerfully consider giving financially to support Cowman's growth? Also, consider coming to visit to help the ministry, pray for our teachers and students, share this need with others, or organize your own fundraiser. Email Melissa Gross, OMS missionary and principal of Cowman for questions or ideas: firstname.lastname@example.org.
