Work closely with missionaries and candidates who are funding by scheduling them in churches, camp meetings, home meetings, missions conferences and other events. Assist funding personnel. Monitor candidate funding process. Interact with donors. Serve as liaison between individual missionaries on the field and their supporters. Introduce world missions and the ministries of One Mission to churches. Assist and encourage candidates and Missionaries on HMA. Serve churches in development of mission programs. Remain informed of current personnel needs and ministry opportunities and seeks to identify people who sense God’s leading.
