Director of Regional Ministries

The director of regional ministries will provide leadership and vision for OMS' regional ministries. The director will also lead, manage and provide vision for all OMS regional directors, working all around the country. The director will build relationships with individuals and churches, share about the work God is accomplishing through OMS, and mobilize them in partnership in what He is doing around the world. Excellent communication skills needed, as well as being a strategic thinker and have the ability to build relationships. The director of regional ministries will assist the VP of Development in accomplishing OMS Development and OMS goals and objectives in the areas of relationship building, funding, recruitment and missionary support. |
