Train & Multiply™

T&M is a method of training potential Christian leaders using a set of 63 booklets and a Student Activity Guide which are:

Biblical, Economical, Practical and Field Tested.
Applicable in both city and rural areas.

T&M booklets are specially designed to allow the same training in multiple languages. The layouts use text with images created for the various cultures in which the training will take place.

VCP encapsulates OMS experience and practice in Asia, Africa and South America, and in particular, church planting in the unreached villages, rural communities and informal urban settlements of the world.

Today VCP can no longer claim to be only African. It has become a truly international model for pastoral training and church planting in rural and informal communities...

Training for Trainers

Welcome to Training for Trainers. We thank the Lord for your desire to make disciples of Christ who in turn will make disciples of Christ! We have three purposes for this training. We want to train you to:

Share the Gospel and disciple others.
Start groups of the Church (the body of Christ) who will share the purposes of God in the world.
Train others who can train others to do the same things. (You will be a trainer of trainers.)
