Equipping Women to Share the Gospel in Uganda
Equipping Women to Share the Gospel in Uganda
“Women need not have their talents buried. They have a role in the life of the church, and God wants to use them as they respond to the call of the harvest. When women are trained and motivated in witnessing, they can reach women in homes where no male evangelist can enter. Their labor is needed.” – Fidelite, Ugandan leader
Dynamic Women in Missions, a ministry of One Mission Society, equips women around the world to reach and equip other women with the Gospel.
In March 2019, a team of Dynamic Women in Missions trained many groups of women in Entebbe, Uganda, to share the Gospel with others. The training had an amazing impact!
One trainee, Namutebi Jesca, shared the three circles method of evangelism with her mother and her mom made a decision for Christ.
Another woman shares, “I am happy with the training because it made me bold. I have started reaching my community by teaching them community health evangelism. The people in my community are also happy with the teachings, and some of their lives have been transformed. Others have started teaching their neighbors what they learned. This training taught me to build relationships with other people. Because of this, some in my community are sending their children to the Sunday school in our church.”
Another trainee shares, “I thank God for the training because it equipped and empowered me to go into the community. Recently, I shared the three circles method of evangelism with a family who was struggling. The whole family (husband, wife, and children) believed and gave their lives to Jesus Christ.”
Another trainee, Jennifer, presented the Gospel to a group of 17 women. Letion started a Bible study in her home. Aida began leading a Bible study in her church, just one week after she received the training. And the list goes on.
We praise God for the opportunity to equip his daughters to share his Good News!
